The house is home to two senior family members and is therefore a quiet household. We are looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment rather than a busy or social house share.

The tenant has use of the shared kitchen for preparing and cooking meals. The kitchen is well equipped with the usual cooking, refrigeration and washing facilities.

Please note: the living room is a private family space and is not part of the shared accommodation. This is therefore particularly suited to someone who is happy to have their own private room and en-suite, with use of the kitchen when required.

Parking & bicycle storage

If you have a car, parking is available on the property, subject to space. There is also plenty of off-site/on-street parking nearby. If you have a bicycle, we can accommodate bicycle storage in the garden.

The garden is primarily a private family space rather than a communal garden.

A peaceful home

This is a quiet family home and we are keen to keep it that way.

The property is not suitable for parties or regular social gatherings. We ask that the tenant respects the peaceful atmosphere of the house and the privacy of the family.

Visitors

Occasional visitors are welcome, provided they are respectful of the household. However, overnight guests are not permitted.

This includes partners, boyfriends/girlfriends, friends or other visitors staying overnight. This is an important condition because the property is a private family home and we want to maintain its privacy, security and peaceful atmosphere.
