We are looking for a warm and friendly housemate to join our sociable houseshare from November 2026

We are keen to find someone who would fit in well with us all as one of the best things about the house is that we're all keen to make it feel like a comfortable home. We like to have some evenings together, whilst also having some space to ourselves - it's a very relaxed environment in the house.

There is a furnished double room - £614 per month including bills (student) / £654 professional.

The house is walking distance to Hatfield College Road Campus/ASDA / Library/ Galleria/ Business Park.

Would suit someone friendly, considerate, easy to get on with and who is tidy. Ideal for post grad student or professional.

There's a shared kitchen with 2 fridges, utility room for washing, and a lounge with Virgin TV and super fast broadband.

The house has 1 bathroom on the 1st floor, and a toilet and sink on the ground

There is a bi weekly professional clean in the communal areas.

Parking is never a problem, lots of spaces on the road outside the house. It is permit parking. There is also a garden for when the sun comes out and bike access at the end of the garden. We have a BBQ and a firepit for social summer evenings!

Landlords are members of the National Landlord Association and have Gold PAL status (highest status landlord approved by the Uni).
