The bathroom may occasionally be shared with the host or other guests but needs to be kept tidy after each use.

Well suited to professionals working locally, contractors, Tesco, Ocado, Computacenter, Roche and the NHS staff, as well as visiting or touring sports professionals.

Good bus connections to Hatfield and the local town.

Roommate agreement in place with house rules and other requirements during your stay. 📑We do not live like students or have a HMO setup under the APT (old AST contract) it is a private home with set rules.
