-Cleaning costs per week for the room and other shared areas you use🧹(£35 per hour cleaning shared areas, once per week)

The bathroom may occasionally be shared with the host or other guests but needs to be kept tidy after each use.

Roommate agreement in place with house rules and other requirements during your stay. 📑We do not live like students or have a HMO setup under the APT (old AST contract) it is a private home with set rules.
