Tenancy Information
Minimum tenancy: 6 months, then rolling monthly thereafter.
Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order.
One month's rent is required as a refundable deposit, which is protected with mydeposits, a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.
A £100 holding deposit is required to reserve the room while references are completed. This will be deducted from your first month's rent if everything goes ahead. If your application is unsuccessful, it will be refunded in line with the holding deposit terms.
