We are looking for new lodger in our home. The landlord lives there part of the time combined with his work that takes him away for days. The room is street-facing, with built-in storage cupboards and small freestanding wardrobes, both have space for a small desk.

The house has central heating, urban garden with raised beds, seating and BBQ area, large kitchen with adjoining conservatory, dining room, living room and a shower over the bath. Bills are included in price for sensible usage. There is plenty of on street parking.

We are hoping to find working professionals with experience of keeping a home in good order.
