Double room with own bathroom

Hi,
I have one double room available in 2 bedroom flat. I am live-in landlord and the apartment will shared with only myself.
Room comes with own bath/shower bathroom, right outside the room.
The apartment is located near Old Town in Hemel Hampstead.
Although there is no additional parking in the development, there is plenty free on-street parking right outside the building.

There are direct trains (25 min) to London Euston, and Watford Junction (10 min).

Currently, I would like to rent for shorter term (4 months max), but I can consider longer stay for the right tenant.

This room is also available on Monday to Friday basis at reduced rate to be negotiated with tenant.

If you are interested, drop me message with a little bit about yourself: age, your working schedule, how long you need the room for. and any questions you may have. I work from home at least 3 days a week, so I would prefer someone who has to comute to work and does not work from home.

Please note, the room is not available to couples.
