Double room with own bathroom

Hi,
I have one double room available in 2 bedroom flat. I am live-in landlord and the apartment will be shared with only myself.
Room comes with own bath/shower bathroom, right outside the room.
The apartment is located near Old Town in Hemel Hampstead.
Although there is no additional parking in the development, there is plenty free on-street parking right outside the building.

The kitchen is an open space with a living room so I would prefer someone who is light cooking vs. spending hours preparing a meal. I am looking for someone respectful, quiet and clean.

There are direct trains (25 min) to London Euston, and Watford Junction (10 min).

Currently, I would like to rent for shorter term (up to 6 months), but I can consider longer stay for the right tenant.

This room is also available on Monday to Friday basis at reduced rate to be negotiated with tenant.

I work from home and it is important to me that the right tenant doesn't work from home. If you are interested, drop me message with a little bit about yourself: age, your working schedule, how long you need the room for, and any questions you may have.

Please note, the room is NOT AVAILABLE to couples.
