There is no communal living room, but the property features a big kitchen equipped with all needed appliances and a large, sunny garden. It is located near the industrial estate, supermarkets, and the local football club (please note the street gets busy on match days), with parking available. You will be sharing the property with a girl, a couple, a very friendly indoor cat, and two ferrets. The house is generally quiet, though we enjoy the occasional BBQ and music.
