The room
It is a fully furnished light and airy double room for single professional occupancy only. Double bed. Virgin Media TV. Broadband and plenty of storage.

The flat
Strictly non smoking.
Shared areas are the bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining area. All recently refurbished and will be shared with me so need to be kept clean and tidy at all times.

I am a 42 year old Male. I work full time for RAC so my shifts can be quite random. I’m easy going and love to watch F1, football and pretty much any sport that’s on. I love to travel and get away as much as possible. I have rented my spare room on and off since 2006 and have made some good lasting friendships. I would like someone like minded. My wife lives in Cardiff where I often visit and she will also be staying here time to time.

All bill are included.
£250 security deposit required. 6 month tenancy with the option to extend. Close links to M1 and Hemel Hempstead industrial estate.
Private off street parking (one permit included).
