The house is clean, tidy and we're looking for someone similar who will enjoy being part of the household. It has a homely feel!

Single occupancy only (no couples)
Female professionals preferred
No late or night-shift workers
Live-out landlord
Rent payable monthly in advance by standing order
One month's rent as a refundable security deposit (protected with MyDeposits)
Minimum six-month tenancy, followed by a rolling monthly agreement
£100 holding deposit to reserve the room (deducted from the first month's rent once references have been successfully completed, or refunded if references are unsuccessful)
