Rent payable monthly in advance by standing order
One month's rent as a refundable security deposit (protected with MyDeposits)
Minimum six-month tenancy, followed by a rolling monthly agreement
£100 holding deposit to reserve the room (deducted from the first month's rent once references have been successfully completed, or refunded if references are unsuccessful)
