There are two very friendly and affectionate Spaniel dogs (not allowed upstairs) and so must be OK with that.

I'm a single professional woman, working from home Mon-Fri and so looking for similar to make use of these two lovely spaces which are vacant due to a relationship separation.

I'm a busy lady with a great social life and so tenants would be welcome to join me on some of the social events that I run in Hemel Hempstead.
