I’m offering a furnished double room in my spacious, three-bedroom, first-floor flat—ideal for a professional who needs somewhere to stay during the working week. The bedroom doesn’t adjoin any room that is used in the evenings allowing for full privacy.

The room includes a double bed, bedside table, sofa, TV and chest of drawers, giving you your own space to unwind after work

What’s included:
• Wi-Fi, household bills and cleaning
• Brand-new bedding, pillows and towels
• TV with a brand-new Amazon Fire TV Stick
• Use of the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
• On-street parking
The flat’s carpets have recently been professionally cleaned.

Location:
Hemel Hempstead’s Old High Street and Gadebridge Park are both around a five-minute walk away, with supermarkets, gyms and other amenities a short drive away.

Rent and availability:
• £500 per calendar month for two weekday nights per week
• Additional weekday nights charged at £50 per night, agreed in advance
• Up to four weekday nights per week
• Primarily a weekday let, although occasional weekend nights may be possible by prior agreement
