Double room for rent

Hello, my name is Esther.

I have lived in my property for over 20 years and I’m shortly going to have a fully furnished double room an available to rent,
The entrance to the flats is via a security door and I am on the 2nd floor. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed (differs to the one in the pictures) 2 double wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers. We have a very big communal garden with a shed and gates both ends.

I’m outgoing, friendly, enjoy socialising with family and friends but also love my quiet time at home. I love a binge series or film and I like to laugh….a lot.

You would have use to the remainder of the flat with rent due on the 1st of every month. £760 all in with a shared increase of the rise in bills every April.

I live behind Grovehill shops which includes a Tesco, chippy, pub, Turkish barbers, bakers and bus stops all close by. Hemel town/old town are both within a 10 minute bus ride or you can take a lovely little stroll down. Hemel train station is also a bus ride away.

Bills are included however, food and toiletries would be down to you.
