Current tenants are friendly, working people. One is a tree surgeon, one a care assistant, one a decorator and one a mental health nurse. All over 30 years old.
The house is just 5 minutes walk from local shops including a Tesco, a fish and chip shop, post office, doctors surgery etc. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house and the journey to the town centre is just 10 minutes. Parking is available just outside the house.
The room would suit someone in full time work and is for single occupancy only.
