Got lots of stuff? Then this the room for you! It has a wardrobe with hanging space and additional shelving plus an ottoman bed to gobble up everything else! It is also conveniently located on the ground floor with direct access to the outside space.
The room is additionally furnished with a modern white IKEA chest of drawers, 2 bed side chests and a desk and chair.

It’s the awesome people living there who make this house a home!
7 lovely housemates in their 20s and early30s are waiting to say Hi! They often watch TV together in the evenings and enjoy chilling at the weekends with occasional house nights out. Sometimes there’s even homemade cake to share!

Everyone needs to pass the same referencing process and care is taken to ensure you will be a good fit! If available, housemates are often included in viewings so you can get a feel for who you would be living with and they can meet you too.

What happens next?
After successful referencing you pay:
One month’s rent in advance £750
Deposit £600 or Reposit (equivalent to one week’s rent)

All you need to do is come and see for yourself and arrange a viewing with me, Ann-Marie, either in person or remotely via WhatsApp.
