I have 2 double rooms avaialble now in a popular residential area close to The Maylands. All tenants are working professionals and like to socialise together although also respect each others privacy.

- Furniture including solid bed, comfortable memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All rooms have with locks on the doors and a smoke alarm system installed

- Easy access to the M1/M25

- Bathroom shared between just you and one other person.

There is a large communal kitchen with range cooker, three fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and tumble dryer.

The is a large sofa and tv in the living area. A cleaner attends on a fortnightly basis.

There is a bus stop just across the road with a direct route to the town centre and train station.
We also have a lockable bike shed if you would like to cycle to work.

Hemel Hempstead has experienced major development of its facilities over the past 10 years, with new shops, bars and restaurants. The Marlowes shopping complex is easily accessible and Hemel Snow Centre is just a few minutes drive away.

Please note, all rooms are non-smoking (there is a fire alarm system fitted) and are for single occupancy only (sorry no couples).
