I have a single room available from the middle of May in a popular residential area of Hemel Hempstead. All tenants are working professionals who respect each others privacy.
The room is on the ground floor and overlooks the back garden.

- The house has been stylishly refurbished to the highest standards and there is a fortnightly cleaner

- ALL bills included

- High speed Virgin broadband internet (wired and wifi), along with a TV connection in every room

- Furniture including solid bed, comfortable memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All rooms have with locks on the doors and a smoke alarm system installed

- Easy access to the M1/M25

- Shower room shared between just you and one other person.

There is a large communal kitchen with range cooker, three fridge freezers, 2 washing machines and tumble dryer.

The is a large sofa and tv in the living area. A cleaner attends on a fortnightly basis.

There is a bus stop just across the road with a direct route to the town centre and train station.
We also have a lockable bike shed if you would like to cycle to work.

Please note, all rooms are non-smoking (there is a fire alarm system fitted) and are for single occupancy only (sorry no couples).
