This single room is in a popular residential area close to The Maylands. All tenants are working professionals and like to socialise together although also respect each others privacy.

- Bathroom shared between just you and one other person.

There is a large communal kitchen with range cooker, three fridge freezers, washing machine, dish washer and tumble dryer.

The is a large sofa and huge tv in the living area. A cleaner attends on a fortnightly basis.

There is a bus stop just across the road with a direct route to the town centre and train station.
We also have a lockable bike shed if you would like to cycle to work.

Hemel Hempstead has experienced major development of its facilities over the past 10 years, with new shops, bars and restaurants. The Marlowes shopping complex is easily accessible and Hemel Snow Centre is just a few minutes drive away.

Please note, all rooms are non-smoking (there is a fire alarm system fitted) and are for single occupancy only (sorry no couples).
