This is a lovely house share where all tenants get along and help each other out. Current tenants get along well and occasionally socialise together but also respect each others privacy.

The double en-suite room is on the ground floor and is for single occupancy only. It is very close to the Maylands Industrial Estate, local shops, bus routes and motorways.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and brand new mattress.

- Virgin broadband internet (wired and wifi), along with a TV connection in every room

- Fortnightly cleaner

- There is a communal kitchen with range cooker, two washer dryers and two fridge freezers. The kitchen is linked to the conservatory which overlooks the garden and offers space for dining or relaxing

- The house is located in a leafy residential suburb with a great modern pub local shops a few minutes walk away and the large Tesco supermarket is a bit further on. Plus there is a bus stop just across the road with a direct route to the town centre and train station.

- Currently there is no available space for parking on the driveway, although parking is easily available on the road close by.
