I have a lovely double room to rent in a clean, friendly house in Hertfordshire, Hertford North, SG14.

The room has double bed (with storage underneath) side table, small couch & built in cupboard.

You will have access to everything, washing machine, air fryer, toaster, TV etc.. The house is quite large, there’s a separate lounge, open plan kitchen, dining area (new extension) and decent size garden with swimming pool for you to use. There is a log burner, you welcome to use it, I sometimes have it on weekends in winter if we home.

I'm a professional, working for the NHS, easy going and want you to feel like you at home, all I expect is from you is to tidy/clean up after yourself!

• Rent is £780 per month
• Deposit is £300
• Happy to have someone short term if that suits you I. e, 1-2-3 nights per week/Mon-Fri only
• 3 min walk to local Co-Op, chemist, post office, Simmons, butcher & fish n chip shop
• 2 min drive from Hertford North Station (or 10 min walk) & on street parking
* 45 min on the train to central London
• 20 min drive to PAH or Lister Hospital A&E
• You can have the room furnished or unfurnished
• Only expense we have is a cleaner which costs £17 per month
