New to market - Three fully furnished rooms are currently available in a well-maintained four-bedroom end-terrace house in Hertford: one large double, one double and one small single.

The house is particularly well located for Hertford town centre and Hertford North station:

Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk and workspace, oak wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving and a full-length mirror, together with a blackout blind. The decorative accessories shown in the marketing images are for presentation purposes and are not included.

The house has four bedrooms in total and is intended for a maximum of four occupiers, with each room let for single occupancy only.

There is a shared kitchen with plenty of storage and two washer-dryers, together with one bathroom shared between three occupiers. There is no separate communal lounge or private garden, although residents have use of a communal garden where they can sit outside.

Broadband/Wi-Fi is included, with Wi-Fi extenders on both floors. As with any domestic broadband service, no particular connection speed is guaranteed.

A regular cleaner attends to the communal areas. Residents are nevertheless expected to clear up after themselves and leave shared areas as they would like to find them, helping to keep the house pleasant for everyone.

The house is likely to suit mature working professionals or retired people looking for a clean, comfortable and quieter shared home, rather than a busy student-style house share. Long-term occupiers are particularly welcome, and we are looking for people who expect to stay for at least six months.

On-street parking is available.

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband. A TV licence is not included and residents are responsible for obtaining one if required for their own use.
