Lovely top floor ensuite double room to rent

Hello. I'm Rachel and I have a lovely double room with an ensuite shower room to rent at the top of my house. Views are of the garden and some big trees that form the border of Hertford cemetery.

Both the bedroom and the shower room ensuite have been freshly painted, and the bedroom has a lovely tranquil feel to it. It is mostly furnished, and I'd be happy to buy a comfy chair and / or desk, depending on your needs. It would suit a single person.

It's pretty peaceful here, and that could also describe me. I meditate daily, am an avid reader, love my garden, listen to Radio 3 and culture and comedy programmes on Radio 4, and have a very pretty cat (who has a multitude of names, including Catypuss!).

I work in international development, and mostly from home. I'm pretty clean and tidy, and would want you to be the same.

As I work from home, I'm looking for someone who ideally works in the office - or whatever it is that you do - at least a few days a week. It's a 10 minute walk to Hertford North Station, and 25 minutes into town.

I quite often have different friends to stay, so you'd need to be comfortable with other people being around for a night or two from time to time. Sometimes I might ask you to feed the cat!
