Choice of room in 2 bed apartment in hertford

I’m looking for a girl to share my 2-bedroom flat in Hertford with me! 🏡

The move-in date is currently TBC, but I thought I’d put some feelers out to see if anyone would be interested!

* £1,000 per month – ALL bills included!
* 1 parking space in a gated underground car park 🚗
* Choice of bedroom, depending on your preference!

Who I’m looking for:

* Preferably a girl in her early/mid 20s
* Someone who’s clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces
* Someone friendly and easy to get along with!

A little about me:

I’m 24 and work full-time in the security industry. I’d love to find a flatmate who’s not just someone I share a space with, but someone I can genuinely get along with and hopefully become friends with! 💕

I love a cosy night in just as much as going out for drinks, food or a spontaneous night out. I’m quite independent and really value having my own space too, so ideally I’d love to live with someone who enjoys a similar balance.

I’m hoping to create a comfortable, relaxed home where we can have a laugh, spend time together when we fancy it, but also respect each other’s privacy and downtime.

As mentioned, I don’t have a confirmed move-in date just yet, so I’m mainly looking to gauge interest at the moment!
