The house is a 14 minute walk to the town centre (0. 7 miles).
There is a large lounge and kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. The whole house has double glazing and gas central heating so everyone is warm. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs and a shed for your bike. There is a front garden and lots of on-road parking.
The room is a large double room on the first floor and has a double bed, desk with chair and two long wall shelves with clothes rail.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £30-£40 depending on usage. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere.

You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord, so there are no useless agents or extra rip-off fees. I am quick to respond to needs and always return deposits promptly.
