A brand new studio with own side access and patio at the back, in High Cross near Ware. Parking. 5mins drive to Ware Station (a bus is also available to the station and stops outside the house on the main road) where you can commute directly into London Liverpool St. Some bills included.
The studio has an en-suite with power shower vanity unit and w/c. The kitchen area has a fridge. Please note, no washing machine is fitted, what is recommended - Portable Washing Machine (easily purchased on Amazon)
There is heating/air conditioning and wifi.

I live in the main house separate from the studio with one child. I am a working professional - working hybrid and at times working from home.
