8 minutes walk to the station, 10 minutes to the town square.

The room looks out to the back garden and includes double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and wall mounted television.

There's a large adjacent bathroom with a great bath, large shower, sink/toilet, vanity cabinet and armchair with a smaller bathroom including another shower, sink and toilet downstairs.

Large extended kitchen, well-equipped with everything you need and including 4 chair table, tv and sound system.

Kitchen double doors lead out from the kitchen to a sunny garden with paved area, seating, outdoor sound system, grassed area, herb garden and shed for bike storage and tools.

Bay-front lounge with sofa and armchair, upright piano and tv, middle lounge with two leather sofas and tv, both rooms complete with hifi sound systems.
