The entire 2 bedroom flat was renovated in August 2018 and as well as being freshly decorated, also includes a new bathroom suite, kitchen, and new carpets throughout.

The flat is kitted out with new furniture in every room. In the bedrooms this includes a new double wardrobe, double ottoman bed, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers and curtains. In the living room there are new chesterfield sofas, TV cabinet, side board, freestanding book case, coffee table and side table.

The property has been furnished with effective storage solutions, but in addition to this there is an internal storage cupboard as well as a large external store room.

Both Bedroom 1 is available to rent from Sunday 30th August 2026. The current tenant in Bedroom 2 is Reece, a 34 year old professional.

There is plenty of on-site parking available. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Hitchin town centre and a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Rent payable is not inclusive of bills, however I (landlord) do pay the cost of a weekly cleaner.
