A clean, tidy and airy 2 beds flat. The flat is located on third floor, with a lift, bicycle storage area (secured, can only access through fob). Very quiet neighbourhood.
There is an extra walk-in cupboard with some storage space can be used if needed.
Open kitchen with a spacious living room and a balcony. Sitting area outside, enjoy the sun when weather permitted.
Shared bathroom with one person only.

About the location -
About 15 minutes walk to Hitchin centre. 1 minute walk to bus station. A corner shop just 30 sec from the flat.

About myself -
I am a young working professional, I'm looking for a mature and respectful roommate to share this space.
