The rent is inclusive of all bills. If new services are to be added and you wish to utilise them, then rent will increase.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, trustworthy, clean, respectable and not in a work-from-home job. Female and single occupancy only. She should not have living room furnishing nor kitchen amenities as there is no storage in the apartment. Non-smokers preferred.
