Large Double Room Available in Beautiful Detached Farmhouse – Offley

A spacious double room is available in my five-bedroom detached farmhouse in the picturesque village of Offley, ideally located just 10–15 minutes from Luton Airport, 15 minutes from Hitchin station, and with easy access to the M1.

The room has recently been redecorated and benefits from a modern hydro shower cabin. The house itself offers plenty of space, a large garden, beautiful countryside views, off-street parking, Sky TV, high-speed broadband and all bills included.

The village has a great community feel and offers two pubs, a café, sports club and the newly opened Premier convenience store, all within easy reach.

A little about me...

I'm 57, run my own marketing and direct mail business, and have lived in the area for many years. My children have now grown up and left home, so the house is much quieter these days.

I'm sociable, easy-going and enjoy good company, whilst also respecting people's privacy and personal space. I'm a huge Arsenal fan, enjoy the occasional pint at the local pub, and generally prefer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home rather than a party house.

A cleaner visits every other Thursday to take care of the communal areas, and the exterior windows are professionally cleaned each month.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and reliable professional who is looking for a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep. The room would be ideal for someone working in Hitchin, Luton, Stevenage, at Luton Airport, or commuting into London via Hitchin station.

Monday-to-Friday arrangements will also be considered.
