We have a double room available in our family home in Ickleford, a pretty village outside of Hitchin. There are lots of local walks, and only a 5 minute walk to the local shop and village pubs.
You will have access to a shared kitchen (with access to all appliances), dining room, bathroom, and a spacious garden. The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes and drawers. The house is in very good condition throughout.
It is a 5 minute drive to Hitchin station so it's ideal for commuting, and the same to the centre of the town. There is parking at the front of the house on a large driveway.
We're looking for a professional or student, who is calm and tidy. We would ideally like someone with their own independence.
