A welcoming and communal living atmosphere in a spacious, well-maintained 3-bedroom communal house share. Perfect for professionals looking for a sociable but peaceful residence that feels like home whether you work remotely or commute. The large family-sized house makes sharing space easy and friends and family etc are always very welcome in the communal areas.

So nice in fact, I live here too! I’ve got my own living room and bathroom in the extended part of the house so there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Some cosmetic decorating is still yet to be tackled but everything will always remain clean and accessible whilst any work is underway.

The house has three bedrooms, I live in one with my partner Jess who works as a media planner for Channel 4. I work long hours as a commercial electrician so I’m always leaving the house early but I like my sleep more than I like my breakfast so you shouldn’t hear a thing in the mornings!

We’re both probably best described as ‘old before our years’ being into cooking, the outdoors and having fairly quiet routines. Jess works from home a few days a week and usually spends her evenings at the gym, cinema or playing tennis. I'm usually at the gym or keeping busy in the garden, although if I'm honest I probably spend just as many evenings dozing off in front of the TV!

Our last housemate sadly is moving on at the end of August. Just to give you an idea of the mix that has worked well and enjoyed living here in the past, our previous housemates have included a journalist, account manager and sales representative and media creative who all stayed here long term happily until relocating for work.
