It's a 10 minute drive to Warner Bros Studios Leavesden, 15 min walk / 5 min cycle to Apsley train station (30 mins into London Euston) and easy access to Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, and Watford by car. Quiet residential area with local shops, green spaces & canal nearby
The rooms is a cosy double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, and a folding desk and chair. Furnishings can be adjusted if you’d prefer a different setup. You will have full use of the whole house: living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC, laundry room, and garden.
Free on-street parking with no restrictions
All bills included. Happy to consider part time or Monday to Friday only lets.
