Big bright master bedroom /use of own shower room

I have a big bright master bedroom in my 100 year old cottage available.
It's a beautifully decorated old cottage with a modern open plan down stairs living area. Old pine furniture and cream carpet upstairs. A big shower room upstairs for your sole use. A big bathroom down stairs that i use. I have a front and back cottage garden and 1. 5 acres at the back of the back garden, so loads of space for relaxing or if you like to do gardening or have your own allotment your welcome.
The cottage would suit someone that is NOT into football, or clubbing, a NON SMOKER, unfortunately no over night guests as the walls are to thin. Please no night workers or those that work from home. Plenty of parking in the lane but if you need the
bus it also comes at the end of the road and its a 15 minute walk to apsley train station. Along the lock.
Only those that have good personal hygiene and references will be considered, sorry but to many smelly and horrible disrespectful lodgers in the past. Only a car load of belonging. Please text me and I'll call you back.
