A very large room available (recently refurbished)
The individual will have access to the kitchen, bathroom garden and living room when not in use by the family.
We are quiet, but sociable and looking for somebody that will fit in with us.
We occasionally have friends over with their kids so nothing rowdy and would love someone who enjoys their own space but is happy to stop for a chat or the odd cup of tea or the odd board have. We like people to feel relaxed & at home.
Please note that overnight guests are not permitted.
We are just about to put a desk in the room and there is plenty of room for storage with a large double wardrobe.
