Double room with your own large bathroom to rent in a beautiful spacious flat in Letchworth. It’s a 5 minute walk to town and an 8 minute walk to the station. You also have access to the communal garden and are right near Norton Common.

I am 25 years old and work in London 3 days a week, 2 days working from home. I am often out and about at some point in the week or weekend, whether that be socialising, exercising or just getting outside. I am clean, tidy and very accommodating.

I would be looking for a reliable, friendly and clean flatmate who is looking to rent for at least 6 months.

Info about Letchworth:

A lovely town with pretty much everything you could need in walking distance (retail shops, cafes, restaurants, takeaways etc). 8 minute walk to the train station with regular trains into London. Very near 2 commons that have beautiful walks, plus free tennis and basketball courts.
