We have a spare room available in our lovely 3-bedroom family home on Jackman’s Estate, Letchworth.
The house is approximately 20–25 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive from Letchworth train station. There are plenty of shops and amenities within walking distance, including Aldi, McDonald’s, Sainsbury’s, B&M, Iceland and Home Bargains. The 55 bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the house.
The home has: 🛏️ 3 bedrooms

🌳 Big garden
🏠 Shed
🧺 Utility room

🚗 Plenty of parking
You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my partner and our daughter. We’re a friendly, peaceful family and are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate.
