The retired gentleman is looking for a lodger (lady or man) for an affordable £170 per month to share this lovely home. The lodger would provide 10-15 hours a week of their spare time in exchange for affordable accommodation.

🗺️ LOCATION:
The home is near to Letchworth train station (under a mile), with regular trains to Hitchin, Stevenage, London and Cambridge. There is also a bus stop very close by, with an hourly service to Baldock and Stevenage. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location. There is a car in the garage that the lodger can use if they wish.

🗝️ THE HOUSE:

• The room available: double room with a double bed, chest of drawers, chair and washbasin. A wardrobe can also be provided.
• Shared bathroom with a shower (there is no bath)
• There is a separate office for desk work or WFH if you need this
• WIFI included
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• Parking
• Gardener
• Cleaner for communal rooms
• This is not appropriate for anyone with pets. There are no pets at the home.

🛌 THE IDEAL LODGER:
The retired gentleman is looking for a lodger over 30 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with cooking meals a minimum of 3 nights per week, some shopping and help with IT. Someone practical with a sense of humour would be welcomed. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. This wouldn't suit a lodger that works overnight shifts. The retired gentleman has interests in history, genealogy, gardening, board games and reading The Times. He is independent although no longer drives and has a supportive family.

✔️ ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
£170 per month (All rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
