The house is well situated and good for commuters, near to the A1, near to the Train Station, Town Centre and close to Supermarkets and Sports Centre.
It is a quiet and safe area, with good neighbours.

I am looking for someone that is quiet, tidy, non smoker and employed, so working daytime office hours between (8am - 6pm) (sorry no nightshifts).
It is very important that the person is animal friendly, as I have 1 cat.

The room includes - chest of draws, 2 wardrobes, clothes airer, bed, computer table with chair. Radiator and 2 double glazed windows which gives good light.

Full use of amenities including use of crockery, cutlery, saucepans, free unlimited use of broadband internet connection (you will need your own laptop/tablet), dishwasher, microwave, oven, double glazing, central heating, back garden, with very useful off street car parking space, upstairs walk in shower room, re-cycling bins, kitchen cupboard food space and fridge/freezer space.
