1st floor flat.

Toilet+bathroom and kitchen is shared.

Wifi and all bills and council tax is included in the rent amount; however I prefer water heating to be on only when it’s required especially during summers (water gets hot within 10-15 min) & because room heating is central, I can provide you with a free standing room heater if I don’t feel cold.

Bus stand is 1 min walk away.
London Colney's popular shopping park is also less than 8 min walk away.

Separate fridge and freezer is available for you in the kitchen for more comfort.

You can use the space, dumbells, foldable mattress, and mirror in the living room for exercising, dancing, yoga etc. Dining table can be shared and clothes hanging rack for drying your laundry if you want; however any damages of items would be payable. There’s a reading space with space for books as well in the living room.

You can watch web series and movies on Amazon prime and Netflix etc. if you have an account as there is a projector with fire TV stick in Living room (or you can set it up in your bedroom for privacy). I don’t watch live TV; however, if you watch, that can also be considered & I can pay for the TV license on request, without any additional charge.

There is a slide lock on your bedroom door to lock it from inside. There’s no desk for laptop/ work in the room but you can buy a foldable bed-table if you like.
Beddings, wall mounted mirror included and chest of drawers , a jute storage box and a wardrobe is there for storage. Under the bed and over & under the cupboard storage also can be utilised. There is more of dedicated storage space in bathroom and kitchen for your comfort.

Garage parking is available for additional £60 per month charge (& assigned communal parking is occupied for now, if it gets available it will be available for additional £50 charge per month).

I wouldn’t mind your visitors as long as you are at home and I am informed in advance and comfortable about it. Pet dog can be considered if it’s trained and friendly without any additional charges.

I work in NHS as a mental health nurse incharge & I am non vegetarian, and friendly & accomodating, I love going out, & having visitors and friends at times, and try my best to keep the flat clean and tidy.

I am yet to refurbish my hardwood floor a bit & yet to buy one more sofa for living room so there’s more space to sit.
