2 rooms available in the house. Can be taken by the same group or can be rented out separately.

Room 1: It’s a small room but has a tv, a built in wardrobe and guest/day bed that easily pulls out into a double bed. Storage underneath the bed, long shelf above the bed also.

Room 2: large double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and under bed storage as well as lounge chair.

Both rooms have access to the rest of the house (conservatory, kitchen, lounge and breakfast bar) and there is parking here. Kitchen has a coffee machine, washer dryer, an all in one microwave/tabletop oven/air fryer, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Closest stations are luton airport parkway and harpenden, both run straight into london

One cat lives at the property so must like cats. She is fed via an automatic feeder.

Landlady lives next door so on hand for any issues and comes back every so often to water plants.

All bills included but lodgers must provide own toilet roll/kitchen roll/washing tabs ect
