I am looking for a lodger to commence at the end of the first week of September. A double room is available to the lodger for their sole use. The bathroom, kitchen, lounge, garage (for storage) and garden are for shared use. There is an off road parking space available in front of the garage.
Utility bills and council tax are included in the monthly charge of £625.
The person I am looking for is clean and tidy, can work from home (or not), can possibly bring a pet (dependent on what it is) is easy going and convivial.
