Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who would enjoy becoming part of a friendly, peaceful home for the long term. Working professional who is clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, and values a calm, relaxed living environment. If you’re someone who brings positive energy and takes pride in your surroundings, we’d love to hear from you.

The home:

Our spacious five-bedroom family home is located on the edge of the beautiful Haste Hill Golf Club, surrounded by greenery and scenic walking routes. A public footpath runs alongside the property, and you can enjoy a picturesque 25-minute walk through the woodland to Ruislip Lido.

Despite the peaceful setting, everyday amenities are just a short walk away, including a Post Office, cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Larger supermarkets such as Waitrose and Tesco are nearby, along with Co-op and other convenience stores.

For an active lifestyle:

If you enjoy keeping fit, you’ll be spoilt for choice. There are excellent jogging routes, two nearby golf clubs, council tennis courts available to hire for just £5 per hour via Hillingdon Council website, and the David Lloyd Health Club and Darwin Wellness & Gym is within easy walking distance.

Excellent transport links:

Commuting is simple, with both Northwood and Northwood Hills Underground stations (Metropolitan Line) around a 10-minute walk away from the property. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the house, served by the H13 and 282 bus routes. Baker Street can be reached in approximately 45 minutes.

Your room:

You’ll have a bright and comfortable bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed, providing your own relaxing space to unwind.

The communal areas include a modern open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a lovely garden to enjoy. As the kitchen and living space are open plan, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t regularly cook heavily spiced or strong-smelling foods. Please also note that members of the household consume foods that are not halal.

A home for dog lovers:

We share our home with three adorable miniature Dachshunds, who have access to the communal areas. We’re therefore looking for someone who enjoys dogs and does not have pet allergies.
