Lovely double room in a very bright, well presented flat in a nice quiet area of Potters Bar. Available from the 1st of June.

The room is furnished with double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, tv unit and a wardrobe.

Shared kitchen/bathroom/living room with lovely outdoor communal area (see pics). Large windows in all rooms so lots of light and air in summer, feels very spacious. All bills included including fast WIFI. Plenty of free parking just outside the property.

We are chilled out, friendly, mature, considerate, respectful, clean and tidy so would hope for a similar character. Both being professionals we are mostly at work and tend to relax on the weekends so it's generally very quiet here.

The block is located 20 minutes walk from the train station and just 5 mins from the bus depot, with a bus stop just outside the block. The high street just a short walk away too.
