This is a spacious, high-standard four-bedroom detached house with a large garden, driveway and three reception rooms, located in a lovely residential area of Potters Bar.

The accommodation is a very large, beautifully presented double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, with all bills included.

The property is approximately 10–15 minutes’ walk from Potters Bar train station and is also conveniently located for the Royal Veterinary College at Hawkshead Lane, making it an ideal location for someone working or studying at the RVC.

We are looking for someone who would genuinely enjoy being part of a friendly, respectful family home. The house is shared with myself and my 9-year-old son, and we would love our lodger to feel comfortable, welcome and very much part of the household rather than simply renting a room.

We value a peaceful, clean and homely environment, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates the same. As this is our private family home, we don’t have people coming in and out of the house, so no visitors or overnight guests are permitted. This is important to us and helps us maintain the calm, private and relaxed atmosphere of our home.
