The house is well located on a quiet road, a 2 minute walk to furzefield leiure centre, 5 minute walk to a few shops and amenities including tesco express.
It is 15min walk to the station with good links into London and surrounding areas.
The house is fully furnished and equipped and I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
I am a teacher, so after work I usually just like to have time to myself to chill and relax. I am pretty easy going, friendly and chatty. I'm open to doing things together occasionally, also happy to share with someone who likes their own space and keeps to themselves.
The house has a garden and is equipped with garden furniture and a shed.
