Firstly: I don’t respond to messages from people without a photo or profile about themselves.

I have a fantastic room available in my beautiful flat in a high spec modern conversion.

There are only 4 apartments in the whole building.

The room available is a double with a gorgeous ensuite, private balcony and private car parking space.

The property is perfectly located in potters bar, just off the main high street and 5 minutes walk to potters bar train station which can get you to central London in 15 minutes.

The the flat is fully furnished to a high standard and the occupier will be able to make use of the modern design open plan kitchen and living room - which has a second balcony.

I am a professional who enjoys quiet nights, and occasionally having guests over for drinks. I'm gay so the tenant must obviously be gay friendly.

I'm looking for a housemate of a similar age, similar interests, who I can have the occasional drink with in the flat but also respect each other's privacy. Must be clean, tidy and respectful of the property.

I’m afraid I cannot accept couples due to space.
