It is conveniently located between Hadley Wood (High Barnet), Potters Bar and Cockfosters, for all their transport facilities and amenities that can be found therein, plus of course, the proximity of the M25 itself.
There is a large double room on the ground floor, available from 02/10/26, for a single person, or a couple. Couples will be charged £150 extra on the rent advertised.
All bills (gas, water rates, council tax and broadband) are all included except for electricity, which is in a key meter and will cost approximately £20pcm (£30 for couples) on avearge (slightly lower in summer, slightly higher in winter).
