There is a large double ensuite room on the first floor, available from 24/07/26, for 1 person, or a couple. Couples will be charged £150 extra on the rent advertised.
All bills (gas, water rates, council tax and broadband) are all included except for electricity, which is in a key meter and will cost approximately £20pcm (£30 for couples) on avearge (slightly lower in summer, slightly higher in winter).
