Barn conversion bungalow

Hello! My name is Lydia, I’m a 25 year old paramedic looking for a housemate to move into a lovely bungalow I am renting, on a farm! My current housemate is moving county, for a new job, and I am looking for someone to replace her around October time!
The bungalow is located on a beautiful farm in the Hertfordshire countryside, a 10 minute drive to the nearest train station, gyms and shops! It is a very peaceful location with lots of countryside walks whilst also being super close to a train station where there are quick links to London and Cambridge.
As a paramedic, I work shift patterns that include night shifts. Therefore I am looking for someone who is understanding of my need to sometimes sleep during the day! I’m very relaxed when it comes to running the home, I value a clean space and a chilled environment😊
We have the luxury of having separate bathrooms, an open kitchen and living room space with a big patio garden overlooking the farm fields! We also have plenty of parking and friendly neighbours- including the farmers lovely Labradors! 🐶
The room would be £600 per month, plus £25 for water and approximately £100 each for council tax.
