Armchair, chair and desk in bedroom
2 shared bathrooms and separate loo

To share with mother (teacher) and occasionally with son (gardener), both working. Plus friendly but calm Labrador

3 pubs and community shop in village and lovely walks on lighter evenings
I am happy to change bedding every second weekend (or for you to bring your own if you prefer) and to dust, clean, hoover etc

Parking available on drive

10 mins Chorleywood Station,
15 mins Leavesden or HS2 at Denham
