Large Double Room in Sawbridgeworth, near Stansted

Hi

I'm Monica, a professional in my 60s. My grown-up children have fled the nest, although my daughter is around temporarily, so I have lots of space available in a four bed detached family home for the right person.

The room in question is a large double in the picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth. The house has a recently refurbished kitchen with all the usual appliances. It is only 15 minutes walk to the mainline train station with great services to the city of London and Stansted airport. Sawbridgeworth has fantastic local pubs, restaurants and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is lots of on street parking.
I am looking for someone who wants to stay Mon-Fri but happy to consider other part-time lets. No working from home on a regular basis please.
