Although I have listed no en-suite, you would have primary use of the master bathroom, with bath/shower (I have on-suite in my bedroom)

Flat is located in Napsbury Park, which is approximatly a 2 mile drive to St, Albans centre/City Station. There is a bus (357) service/Stop approx 3 mins walk from the flat.

I work/study part-time from home and my study is part of the lounge - I would expect some consideration for this.

Full use of kitchen and all usual facilities and appliances.

There is no private garden - but you have the choice to sit and wander anywhere in 75 acres of beautiful, peaceful, mature parkland. (If you sit close enough to the apartment you can get WifI in the grounds)

It would really suite a creative person as the space has been tailored for maxmium chill/relaxation to feed/nourish the mind and this is the kind of guy I am.

I would expect to be able to background search/ask for references/proof of income and agree a signed contract.

Would prefer no pets, but will consider them.
