I am renting a spacious double room in our loft, fully furnished, with lots of storage space and an ensuite bathroom. All bills included.
We have a nice garden with a treehouse and a garden office, which we use as a room for exercise (and that you are welcome to share). We have a play room and a well equipped kitchen.
The house is a 4 beds semidetached, with a driveway large enough for two vehicles. Should you need parking space, we can discuss it.
We are five minutes walk from Verulam Park, and a short stroll from St Albans city centre, with its bars, restaurants, shops.
My previous lodger has lived with us for the last years, we have become good friends and now that he's moving to another city, I am keen to repeat the experience. That's why I am reopening the ad.
I am a single dad of three children, who are with me one week on / one week off. The house therefore is lively one week, and calm and relaxed the following one :)
If you think that could be your vibe, feel free to ping me.
(ps: sadly we don't have a dog anymore, but we might get another pet at some point.. the right candidate must love both children and animals :)
